Reporting to the Prevention Program Manager, the Community Education Team Lead is responsible for providing program development, strategic leadership and direction to team members under the Community Education and Engagement program under the Prevention/Early Intervention umbrella within Siksika Children’s Services. The Community Education Team Lead is accountable for creating a three year work plan which will include program development, implementation plans, quality assurance processes, budget and human resource management and quality improvement initiatives.
